Colorado Trip: Day 1-Denver

We left last Thursday for a whirlwind trip to watch Haley (my niece) graduate.   We landed in Denver on Thursday and had a bit of luck with the Renaissance Denver Stapleton Hotel .    It was their grand reopening and they had music, entertainment, food and drinks for free.   They had a group that was like a walking carnival that did a bunch of tricks.

We found the fire eater fascinating.

They had a falafel ball in hummus which was really good.

A small kind of mock reuben was delicious.

They had a mahi mahi taco bar with an assortment of toppings which were fabulous.

As if this was not enough they had a  human wine bar which you would just go grab a glass and enjoy.

The hotel was really nice.  Our room was comfortable and we had a great time just relaxing after a long travel day.  Didn’t get to explore much of Denver because of time.

We love to hear feedback.
