  1. Heat grill Combine all ingredients in bowl and mix thoroughly. To assemble tear off a large piece of tinfoil, you want it at least 16 inches long. Fill the center and then you want to fold two center pieces over and then fold over at seam. Take ends and fold over. I used a smaller secondary pieces to cover the seams while cooking in order to keep the packet together. Takes about 30 minutes to cook on a low flame covered grill.

  1. Heat a Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Add 1 tsp. oil to pan. Add onion and chopped carrot; saute 8 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add garlic; saute 45 seconds, stirring constantly. Remove from pan.
  2. Add 1 Tbsp oil to pan. Place 1/4 cup flour in a shallow dish. Sprinkle beef with 1/2 tsp. salt and pepper; dredge in flour. Add half of beef to pan saute 6 minutes, browning on all sides. Remove beef from pan. Repeat procedure with remaining beef.
  3. Add wine to pan; bring to boil scraping pan to loosen browned bits. Cook until reduced to 1/3 cup (about 5 minutes). Return onion mixture and beef to pan. Add tomato and next 6 ingredients (through mushrooms); bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 45 minutes, stirring occasionally. Uncover and stir in sliced carrot. Simmer uncovered 1 hour or until beef is very tender, stirring occasionally. Discard bay leaf. Stir in remaining salt, basil and parsley. Enjoy!

  1. Preheat oven to 350 Salt and pepper the roast. Mix the garlic and rosemary together. Add tbsp of the olive oil and mix well. In a cast iron skillet heat the other 2 tbsp olive oil. Add the roast and seer all sides. Remove from heat. Generously put the garlic rosemary mix on the roast. Place the skillet in the oven and cook for 1 hour or longer depending on how rare you like your roast. Mine took 1hr 20 minutes. Once roast done, take out of skillet and let rest. Using the juices add stock to the skillet on the stove top. Add mushrooms and 2 tbsp butter and let cook down. To serve cut roast and place mushroom mixture on top. Garnish with Rosemary.

  1. Let salmon sit out for 10 minutes. Mix all the spices together and set aside. Spray a baking pan with cooking spray or the olive oil. Pat the spices on top of the salmon. Cook at 350 10-20 minutes depends on how big the fillets are. Should be cooked through and nice and flaky. Mix the lemon yogurt sauce together. Serve salmon and dollop with the sauce.

  1. In a medium pot bring water to boil. Add noodles and cook until done, should be about 5 minutes. Drain and set aside. In small saucepan, melt butter. Cook on medium heat and add garlic. Cook for a few minutes, don't fry should still be a yellowish color. Add remaining sauce and cook an additional minute. Brown sugar should be melted. In a large bowl pour sauce over the noodles and toss thoroughly. Add parsley and parmesan and blend. Ready to eat.
