  1. In a large bowl, combine @ Tbsp soy sauce, 2 Tbsp canola oil, the mirin, cumin, pepper, granulated garlic, and onion. Add the steak, turn to coat. Let marinate 15 minutes.
  2. Heat the grill to medium-high. Cook steak turning once, 8-10 minutes for medium rare. Transfer to a plate and let rest while you cook the vegetables.
  3. In a large skillet, heat the remaining 1 Tbsp oil over medium-high to high. Add the bell pepper, onion, chilies, and garlic. Cook, stirring often, until the vegetables are crisp-tender, about 6 minutes. Stir in the remaining 3 Tbsp soy sauce. Remove from the heat and stir in the cilantro.
  4. Thinly slice the steak against the grain. Drizzle with the sesame oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Pile the sliced steak and vegetables in the lettuce leaves. Enjoy!

  1. Heat grill Combine all ingredients in bowl and mix thoroughly. To assemble tear off a large piece of tinfoil, you want it at least 16 inches long. Fill the center and then you want to fold two center pieces over and then fold over at seam. Take ends and fold over. I used a smaller secondary pieces to cover the seams while cooking in order to keep the packet together. Takes about 30 minutes to cook on a low flame covered grill.

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 425F. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the beef and cook until browned crumbling the beef as you go. Add the garlic, onion, jalapeno, and green pepper. Drain off any excess oil, then season the beef with salt and pepper to taste. Stir in the tomato sauce, oregano, paprika, and chili powder and cook until mixture is slightly thickened and heated through2-3 minutes. Add additional salt if necessary, then remove from heat.
  3. Roll the crusts out on a lightly floured surface so that they are slightly larger and thinner than the original crusts. Use a bowl that is about 4 inches in diameter to cut circles out of the crusts, making 10 total, gathering up any scraps and re-rolling to make the 10. Put about 2 heaping Tbsp of the beef mixture on one half of each circle. Fold the other half over the beef then use a fork or crimp to seal the edges. If you're having trouble getting them to stick, put a little water along the edge with your finger.
  4. Place all the empanadas on the sheet pan. Whisk together the egg with a tablespoon of water and brush the tops of the empanadas. Place in the oven for 18-22 minutes or until golden and crisp on the edges. Enjoy!

Instructions
  1. * I used my food processor to chop the mushrooms. It blends it real nice and save on time. Take the mushrooms once coarsely chopped and in a fine strainer. You are wanting to get the moisture out and I found the strainer was the easiest way to do that. Squeeze out the moisture. Place in lg bowl. Take the saute blend and add to the bowl with mushrooms. Add the toasted walnuts, basil, panko and salt and pepper. Mix well. Take the ketchup, mustard, and Parmesan. Mix well. Take the two lightly blended eggs and mix well. The mixture should become ,moist and keep shape. Spray loaf pan with cooking spray. Press loaf into pan and it should fill out to the loaf pan size. Preheat oven to 350. Cook loaf for 45 minutes. Mix topping items together. After loaf is done cooking the 45 minutes, take out and brush topping loaf and cook an additional 10 minutes. You can check your loaf with a knife in center to see if done, should be relatively clean. When you take loaf out let sit for 20 minutes. Slice and serve.
Recipe Notes

If you do not like peppers you can substitute with two carrots.
