Ingredients: 6 bing cherries (halved and pitted); 1 tsp fresh lemon juice; 1/4 tsp vanilla; 1 tsp sugar; ice; 1 1/2 oz bourbon; club soda

Instructions

In a glass add cherries, lemon juice, vanilla, and sugar. Muddle together until cherries are broken and juices are released. Add bourbon and ice, top with club soda. Enjoy!

Colony Cocktail

This cocktail originated from New York’s speakeasy’s in the 1920’s. I am not much of a cocktail drinker but this was really good and not overly sweet.

Instructions

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add gin, grapefruit juice, and liqueur. Shake and strain into chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with graperfruit slice.
