Ingredients
- 1 20oz refrigerated four cheese ravioli
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 lb thin asparagus chopped into 2 inch pieces, woody pieces discarded
- 1 10.5oz grape tomatoes
- 3 garlic cloves minced
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2/3 c walnuts toasted and chopped
- 1/4 c basil minced
- 1/4 c parsley minced
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/3 c Parmesan cheese shredded

Instructions
- Cook ravioli in boiling water according to package instructions. Heat oil and butter in a large skillet. Add asparagus to skillet and saute until tender, about 4 minutes. Add tomatoes and garlic, saute for 1 minute. Toss in vinegar. Drain water from pasta and pour in large serving bowl. Add asparagus mixture, walnuts, basil, parsley. Season with salt and pepper and toss. Sprinkle in Parmesan and serve.
