  1. Heat the grill to medium high heat. I put the salmon in tinfoil to avoid sticking. In a bowl mix butter, basil, lemon zest, garlic powder and salt and pepper. Brush the salmon filets with butter mixture. Cook until tender on grill. Grill the corn. Once done cut the corn kernels off and mix with remaining basil, salt and pepper, and cherry tomatoes. Serve the corn/tomato mixture over salmon and eat.

  1. Put potatoes in the bottom of the instant pot with 1 c water and 2 tbsp butter, a pinch of salt and pepper. Place the pots steam rack over the potatoes. Rub the sides of the salmon fillets with the paprika and lemon zest. Put skin side salmon on the rack. Put on the lid, making sure the steam valve is in the sealing position and set the pressure cooker to high pressure 3 minutes. Carefully turn the steam value to the venting position to release the pressure. Remove salmon and rack and set the cooker to saute to normal heat. When the potatoes start sizzling and cook, stirring until softened. 1-2 minutes and season salt and pepper. Smash potatoes with fork until chunky. Turn off cooker, add the spinach to potatoes until wilted. 1-2 minutes. Season and serve salmon with lemon wedge.

  1. Let salmon sit out for 10 minutes. Mix all the spices together and set aside. Spray a baking pan with cooking spray or the olive oil. Pat the spices on top of the salmon. Cook at 350 10-20 minutes depends on how big the fillets are. Should be cooked through and nice and flaky. Mix the lemon yogurt sauce together. Serve salmon and dollop with the sauce.

  1. Preheat oven to 350 Rinse and pat dry the salmon fillets. Spray baking dish with cooking spray and place the salmon down. Mix the Dijon, hot sauce, panko and butter well. Lightly pat on the salmon fillets. Cook for 20-25 minutes until done and serve.

  1. Cook quinoa per instructions on package. Heat oven to 425. While quinoa cooks line baking sheet with parchment. Wash and pat dry salmon. Mix sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, water, and garlic. Pour on top of the salmon skin side up. Set aside. In a bowl put snow peas and broccoli. Mix olive oil and soy sauce and pour atop the snow peas and broccoli. Place on a baking sheet. The salmon cooks 15-20 minutes. The vegi mixture cooks 10-15 minutes. Once done place in a bowl. Place salmon and vegi mixture on top. There was plenty of sauce to dollop on top of the bowl for extra moisture.
