Cut four 18×12 in. sheets of foil. Spray well with non-stick spray. Divide the cabbage, potatoes, and onion over the foil. Add 1 ice cube to each mound. Evenly divide the sausage between the packets and top with 1 tablespoon of garlic butter each, salt and pepper.
Seal each packet and place on a sheet pan in the oven for about 25-30 minutes or until the potatoes are cooked through.
Serve with sour cream if desired. Enjoy!
Recipe Notes
For garlic butter I just chopped 4 cloves of garlic and combined it with 4 Tbsp softened butter. This recipe was adapted from Spend With Pennies
