- 4 salmon fillets
- .2 tbsp dijon mustard
- 1 tsp hot sauce
- 1/2 c panko
- 1 tbsp butter melted

- Preheat oven to 350 Rinse and pat dry the salmon fillets. Spray baking dish with cooking spray and place the salmon down. Mix the Dijon, hot sauce, panko and butter well. Lightly pat on the salmon fillets. Cook for 20-25 minutes until done and serve.
