Ingredients

pinto beans
dried, rinsed and picked over. This is 16oz

med
onion
peeled and cut into quarters
1
jalapeno
seeded and chopped
4
cloves
garlic
minced

tsp
cumin
1/2
tsp
black pepper

vegi broth

water
Instructions
Place all ingredients in instant pot. Cover and select bean/chili. This sets for 30 minutes. Cook on normal pressure. Once depressurized remove lid. Stir well. I used a masher to mash the beans to the consistency we like.
